Our Story
Wellspring Solutions was created with an aim to provide exceptional accounting and advisory services to businesses and people across the global; eliminating the societal and geographical boundaries.

The co-founders of Wellspring, Farooq and Bilal, both started their career with EY (formerly Ernst & Young). Farooq stayed within EY to become one of the youngest Partner. Farooq served in the assurance segment serving clients throughout the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region as well as global clients from North America. He also spent 4 years as Chief Financial Officer of one the fastest growing investment banks in South Asia (Escorts Investment Bank).

Bilal ventured out into other side of the table and served on various prominent positions with companies in Automotive, FMCG, Manufacturing and Tech sectors for over 10 years.

Wellspring was founded in 2021 to leverage their experience and serve business and entrepreneurs in growing their portfolio and maximizing return on investments through accurate bookkeeping and timely / specific advise. Within a span of 1 year, Wellspring is serving clients in North America, UK, UAE and Pakistan with partners in each region.
